Currently, shipping is available across Australia, New Zealand and select countries in Asia, Europe and North America. All orders, domestic and international, will be shipped via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate fee of $10 is offered on all domestic orders <350 AUD.

Express Shipping: A flat rate fee of $15 is offered on all domestic orders <350 AUD. Free express shipping is offered on orders >350 AUD.

International Shipping: A flat rate fee of $25 AUD applies to all orders. See below information on taxes and duties.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, customs charges, and fees may apply to international orders. Once your order has arrived in your country, you will receive notification from your local customs office. Before you receive your items, they will verify the exact amount of sales tax and customs that needs to be paid. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable fees, foreign taxes, or customs duties.

All orders will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank or credit provider will decide the final exchange rate. Banks may impose a small currency conversion fee.

Returns

Due to the nature of our garments being made-to-order, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. This includes the circumstances of a change of mind or if the wrong size is purchased.

However, if you do find a genuine fault in your NATASHA SOILAND piece, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@natashasoiland.com.au, so we can offer a solution. The garment deemed faulty needs to be assessed by our team. Postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

Our Returns Policy is aligned with consumer's rights as imposed by the Australian Consumer Law for made-to-order items.
